Doubt he leaves. But, to your point, it would likely be the end of them.

I don’t see him leaving NW. And he would be missed there. They may not be world beaters but he is getting the most that program will ever put on a football field. Staying put is a win-win situation.
Redux
I don't see him leaving for anything other than a solid NFL job. No College AD is going to sway him away. This would make sense honestly, I'm fine with NW becoming another pud squad.
