I bet that worked well. I've been taking it for a few months and I've been sleeping GREAT. I got it because I thought it would help with another health related problem, and it seems to slightly help that, but the deep REM sleep is amazing.

@Caveman - I got from some local health food store, but it’s called “Innovative CBD Organic Full Spectrum 30 mg” — .25 mL per 10 pounds of body weight.
