Cancelled school for 2 weeks.  Maybe more.  

My employer has implemented a work from home policy for those who can do their job from home.  I have a decent home office set-up so it hasn't impacted me too much.

closed campus, cancelled all sports, no visitors allowed in the building, more hand sanitizers, less coaches in the office and the admins are working from home more.   It's a weird world when your job is reliant on college sports and there are none.   AD said to start planning for no fall sports.  If that happens, not sure if I will still have a job, and if I do, what I'll be doing for the next year.

My employer has gotten even more edgy and sarcastic in the past month.  Some would say he's an a$$h@!e.

I worked from home 37-38 hours a week previously.  I now work from home 40 hours a week.  In person meetings are cancelled for now and done via teleconference.  We've found out what I've suspected all along.  Most meetings could be an email.

It is way more work

I work for a Fortune 25 company.  They told us unless you have a health condition or need to be at home to watch your kids, to suck it up and get to work "because we need your full attention during this crisis".  And then yesterday at one of our sites someone got diagnosed with the covid, but they only closed that site.

I am working from home, using health (asthma) and kids as my reason.

@sho damn dude hopefully it doesn't come to that. 

@teachercd HS and CC online for the rest of the semester. BUT I flip my chemistry class so I already have all of my lectures recorded so all they have to do is the work and contact me **how will be determined** if they have questions. Testing will be "on their honor".  CC is computer assisted math so again nothing changes except for testing not in class but at home "on their honor"
