I disputed my valuation 2 years ago and won also. They adjusted that one all the way to what I asked for. But they told me to go pound sand on this last valuation I challenged. Kinda pissed me off because I know mine was much more accurate than theirs. They offered no explanation, just refused it. D!@ks.
