You may think this is just a funny story. It’s not. It’s a very real problem. I have close family members who refer to chicken as, and I quote, “chicken on the bone”. The pain and deception are real.
For the record I’m fine with calling them saucy nuggets or some other name that indicates immaturity. I just really like them and I don’t like bone-in wings.
I mean they can both be great. The flavor of a bone-in wing is (obviously) superior, but boneless has its place if you're just not feeling the mess of the traditional wing.
@JJ Husker it's texmex and most Mexicans except those close to the US border disown them, especially the gigantic ones we know and love in the US.
That little bit of knowledge comes from people from Central Mexico, but they're kinda snooty there. You think we're a nation with divisions and rivalries? They're just as bad as we are.
