Meh...Bama is the 90's Nebraska when it comes to S&C. They are out in front of cutting edge stuff and we decided to go back to old school 90's style s#!t.

Alabama, and to some extent Clemson and even lesser tOSU, are in a completely different category. They are football factories and yes even they are starting with better raw material than Texas or USC or FSU. Sure maybe Bama is doing some cutting edge S&C stuff but if Nebraska did the exact same S&C there would still be a huge difference in the programs. Winning begets winning and it takes a whole bunch of sustained winning to get to where the top 3 programs are at.

There is absolutely no top 5 coach that would leave their current gig to come to Nebraska for any amount of money. None. It would be career suicide. So we can stop acting like money would lure the likes of Saban or Dabo or Urban etc. Only possible chance would be a guy that knows he wants to retire within a few years and then we'd just end up buying him a yacht and a jet.
