I have heard the thing stopping him from getting a HC position is how he interviews.  Pretty high on himself and concerns on how he will win over the locker room.  

Bienemy rubbed people the wrong way when he was OC at Colorado years ago. I would hope that he would have learned from that experience but I can see how his demeanor and attitude can run people the wrong way. Also, I hate to bring up this aspect, but that demeanor isn’t always as “accepted” by a black coach.

@ColoradoHusk What makes you think arrogance is less tolerated from black coaches? Arrogance is almost always annoying, but even more so when it isn't earned, like in his case.
