Kinda feel for Mich fans that are at the game. Paid all that money to see your team get beat down.

I could never bring myself to root for Michigan.

Yeah I don’t get cheering for teams just because they’re in your conference. I started today’s games hoping the SEC would lose but then my gambling interests won out  :lol:

Rooting for a team just because they're in your conference is like rooting for the devil just because he's in the Bible.

I think that's what a lot of Husker parents or grandparents used to do......They passed it down, and we don't get it

Root for the team you like.  Root against teams you hate and root for teams you bet on.

Rooting for conference teams is lamesville. 

How many of you still root for old Big 8 teams?

I didn't root for Big 8 teams then, I don't root for them now. 

@ColoradoHusk We’re you well clear of the fires by Louisville? What a tragedy.

@JJ Husker I live 10 miles east of where the fires were on Thursday, so we weren't in any danger, thankfully. My family was at the Flatirons Mall in that area when they started evacuating the area. My son's baseball club is also based out of Superior so we are in that area quite a bit,  It's heartbreaking to see the number of homes just completely leveled by the fires.
