Many of us are employed as educators in the state.  But I don't know how many of us teach!

I had to renew my certificate this past year.  I do remember it being a little more "non-user friendly" than it used to be.  What's your issue?

It's extremely non-user friendly. Someone at the state needs to take a web development course or at least hire a process management specialist, because it's all messed up. 

My question is really...how the heck we can get someone to help out with processing a request. The site says 4-6 weeks, but we see all these reports of teacher shortages, sub shortages, etc. Is there any way to expedite or at least work with a living, breathing human on the phone to help iron out issues/answer questions?

As it stands now, we put in Sunday PM a request and still have yet to hear back from the state for assistance.
