100%. If I could do the same level of work from home in my shorts and T-Shirt, I'd absolutely do it. Leads to much higher levels of employee satisfaction, too.

Right? I hated some parts of teaching from home but man, it was nice. I would not say I was more productive as a worker but I was more productive with s#!t I wanted to do.

Yeah I think the key to working from home, first off, is realizing how much freaking free time you really have. Then, finding out a routine.
