That is the worst I have seen! No lintel steel over the windows and doors, all the joints are in line and not staggered. I'm guessing it was going to be plastered but it looks like the structural block on the front was less than 4" thick which would be a complete no-no.

yeah...looks like 4x8x16 pavers on edge.   the lintels look like they are concrete instead of steel.   if they have good rebar in them they should be allright...but judging from the rest of the work i doubt it does.   i wouldn't have been brave enough to walk in there and film that s#!t.   it's a death trap.  a good gust of wind should blow that pile of $hit over

I would bet there is no vertical or horizontal rebar in those walls. I hope some neighbor kid doesn't run into it with his bike.

i hope those guys who were giggling are the building inspectors.
