It's just ok.  The first part is fun because it gets into how the show was a big hit, and had interviews/updates with a number of the former Gladiators.  The second part is pretty boring, as they mainly focus on trying to find and interview one of the guys who should have been given a co-creator credit and a lot of $ from the show, but he didn't because the other co-creator screwed him over. 

I miss that show, wish they’d bring that back. My classmates mom was a contestant and whooped a$$ against the gladiators, then went on to leave her opponent in the dust during the finale.

Just watched Muscles & Mayhem an unauthorized documentary of American Gladiators. I thought it was pretty interesting. Haven’t seen the ESPN one.
