Reality continues to ruin my life. I wore my beekeeps helmet and veil to pick up some fish at the whole foods store this morning, while fondling a melon in the produce section, someone actually asked me if my beekeepers veil protects me from the new strain of Covid. I asked him what his name, and email address were so that I could send him some information on how to contact Amos Root, a famous apiarist that could possibly give him a more informed answer to his question.
Upon informing him about Amos, he questioned my sincerity in my efforts to help, saying that he "didn’t believe Amos Root was a real person", let alone an apiarist that could help. To this I suggested that I’d have a known Covid doctor, Dr. Peter Fitsinwell give him a call.
He seemed happy hearing that.
