    Today is his birthday. He would’ve been 51 this year.  Forever Red!

    What might have been. Brook was rumored to be Denver's top choice in the coming draft. So sad but also so encouraging. A young man whom left a legacy that will go on for years more. Rest In Peace Brook and on a side note, can you please speak to someone there above to help Rhule and company out please?

    Has anyone heard who will or will not be back for Husker baseball next year? I’m afraid we’re going to lose Gabe Swenson and I think Josh Caron may take a peek at the pros?

    Caron likely gets drafted but it depends how highly and what his contract would be. His drought of hits in the playoffs may have found his weak spot. Swenson possibly but he really only got hot the last 6 weeks of the season. It would be great to keep both.

    If you have Amazon Prime, Take a look at the Husker documentary Day by Day the Dynasty.  Fabulous in depth look at the teams from 95/96/97. Wow!  The main focus was on what Tom Osborne did with those three teams.  So worth a rental!

    Condolences to you & yours @ladyhawke and to all of us whose moms left this journey to begin a new one. May their new journeys be joyous and peaceful always!!     Randy and my dad were good friends growing up in Scottsbluff.  They even became neighbors after HS, before Randy moved out to LA and when Randy came back from LA, he stayed with my parents before moving back out to LA.   They remained friends throughout the years and my Dad is pretty heartbroken with Randy's passing.

    Anyone catching ‘Quarterbacks’ on Netflix? It’s pretty good. They are featuring Mahomes, Cousins and Mariota.
