I just started doing cold showers last week.  So I take my normal shower (if you want details, feel free to DM me) and then at the end I do 10-15 seconds of ice cold water. Anyone else do this and if so, have you noticed a difference?  Besides shrinkage.

Might as well get it started!   The Non-conference games really don't matter much, NU probably has the hardest game when they host OU.  Iowa fan will try to convince you that playing powerhouse ISU is the hardest game.  I think Duke, Virginia, Cuse and WSU are the other P5 non-conference games...
