For anyone that is planning or thinking about going to this game I would highly encourage you to make your hotel reservations NOW! I called 4 different Hotels in the Lubbock area and finally located one that wasn't booked yet. I have personally been to this Hotel before and it is a very nice place. Here is the Hotel information. This paticular Hotel is very easy to get to the stadium from. Just hang a left 62/82 and it takes ya straight to the Texas Tech. Anyways I hope this helps anyone who is planning a trip to the game and hope to see yall there!

Ok now that the season is almost is getting close....Has anyone decided if they are making the trek to Lubbock to see the Huskers play? This will be the only game Nebraska plays in Texas this year and I think it will be a great oppurunity for us out of staters to watch the Huskers play.

I thought about traveling to Norman this year but then I realized that I couldn't stand watching all those toothless smiles being in one place!

I am definetly making the trip to Lubbock. Just spoke with the NU ticket office this morning and got me 4 tickets. I am trying to find a hotel but most are booked. Any suggestions? I've never been to Lubbock.
