Tanner Lee O/U 2,999 Passing Yards (-120)

Tanner Lee O/U 25.5 Passing TD (-120)

9/2 Arkansas State (-16.5)
Last year Nebraska won their home opener over Fresno State after losing to BYU in 2015 on a last second hail mary. That was our first loss in an opener since losing to #17 Florida State in 1985 (13-17). We are 2-0 against Arkansas State including a 42-13 win in 2012 (527-286 yard edge).

9/9 @ Oregon (-6)
Mike Riley is familiar with the Ducks, going 4-10 while the head coach at Oregon State (14 of the last 15 years he will be facing off against them). The Huskers have won their last 5 of 7 away road openers.

9/16 Northern Illinois (-17)
We are 2-0 against NIU with the last meeting dating back to 1990 (won 60-14). Into 2017 the Huskers are 36-11 against non-conference opponents since 07' but last year was the first time we swept the non-conference schedule during that time period.

9/23 Rutgers (-21)

Nebraska is 3-0 including a 31-14 win in the last meeting (15'). NU jumped out to a 21-0 lead but Rutgers cut it to 7 with 6:03 left in the 3Q. We stopped them on defense twice, they missed a 49 yard field goal, and were then intercepted to end the game.

9/29 @ Illinois (-14)

NU is a lifetime 10-3-1 against Illinois. The last time the Huskers traveled to Champaign they led 13-0 heading into the 4Q. Up 13-7, Nebraska passed the ball on 3rd and 4th down, passing up an opportunity at a 45 yard FG. Illinois drove down and scored a TD with 10 seconds left to win the game. Last meeting loss prior was 1924.

10/7 Wisconsin (+6)

Last year the Huskers trailed 17-7 into the 4Q, but tied the game 17-17 with a 35 yard FG with 3:43 left. Next drive we missed a 45 yard FG with 1:43 left. After giving up a TD in Overtime, Nebraska was stopped on 4th down on the 23 yd line.

10/14 Ohio State (+14.5)

2016 was a meeting of two top 10 teams. NU gave up a pick 6 (tipped ball) on the game's third play, and it was all Ohio State after that. QB Tommy Armstrong was injured in the 2nd quarter and didn't return on the field. The Huskers gave up 62 points (worst since 12' B10 Title Game against Wisconsin).

11/11 BYE

Nebraska is 8-2 after a bye week in the regular season (both losses at ranked B10 opponents).

10/28 @ Purdue (-15.5)

The last time Nebraska traveled to Purdue it was injury riddled and gave up 55 points. Ryker Fyfe got his first start at QB. Despite throwing for 407 yards and 4 TD, Nebraska lost to the Boilermakers. Fyfe did however have a fumble and 4 INT the resulted in 28 PU points.

11/4 Northwestern (-3.5)

Last season the game was tied up 0-0 into the 2Q, but after a 79/9 play TD drive Nebraska led 24-13 into the 4Q. NU ate up nearly 10 minutes in the 4Q as NW punted and then were intercepted to end their last possession. Nebraska has won 4 of its last 5 meetings against NW.

11/11 @ Minnesota (-3)

2015 at Minnesota was Mike Riley's first Big Ten win. Nu led 17-7 and after Minnesota trimmed the lead to 17-14, NU scored 21 unanswered points into the 4Q. Into 2017 the Huskers are 14-11 in Big Ten away games including three straight losses by an average of 32 ppg.

11/18 @ Penn State (+13.5)

Nebraska has won 4 straight including a 23-20 road win at Penn State in 2013 (NU hit a 19 yd FG to force OT). Penn State missed a 37 yd FG while Nebraska kicker Pat Smith hit a game winning 42 yd FG.

11/24 Iowa (-3.5)

Last year Armstrong started his 44th career start breaking Taylor Martinez's record of 43. Nebraska trailed 26-3 mid 3Q as Iowa continued control and beat the Huskers 40-10. This will be the 7th straight year closing the year with Iowa. Nebraska is 22-7 in home finales (1-3 last 4 years).
