This rewards teams who don't schedule patsies.Can't recall the last time I saw a team with a losing record over several games still be in the top 10 of any poll. Even with stiff competition you should need to earn your way back up and reward teams who haven't lost repeatedly with a higher ranking.

Later in the year sure, that will be a resume boost, but IMO you shouldn't be a top 10 team with a .400 winning percentage. Winning and losing in sports has to count for something. Are you a fan of being the greatest 3-9 team of all time?So if a team lost to #1,2 and 3 but beat #4 and 5, they shouldn't be ranked in the top 10 at all?
