2025 NFL Draft

Why would the Sanders family have more reason to be upset than another player and their family?
Because the prank call happened to Sanders.

So like, me and you, we really don't have a reason to be upset about it.  And I am guessing that any player that did not get pranked is probably not all that upset.

I guess I would think of it like this...Target had that security issue with credit cards and debit cards a few years back.  Nothing actually happened to me, so I really was not upset about it.

I'm not upset about it.  It just shouldn't have happened.  And....there were others that received prank calls.

i hope he get's laughed out of court for this s#!t

In the lawsuit, "John Doe" says he's a dedicated fan of the Colorado Buffaloes, and that he closely followed Sanders over the past two college football seasons. The Plaintiff claims that the reports and "leaked statements" suggesting that Sanders "tanked interviews," "wasn't prepared" and "was too cocky" in the pre-draft process helped create a narrative that "unjustly harmed" his reputation. These "slanderous statements" caused "emotional distress and trauma to the Plaintiff as a fan and consumer."

People don't want to accept that all NFL teams didn't see Shedeur as a starting QB during there scouting evals.

Albert Breer is very respected within the NFL community as a reporter/analyst.  He spoke with all GMs weeks and weeks before the draft, and the intel he received was universal - Shedeur is a backup talent and will get paid and drafted accordingly.  He also said it's important for all backup QBs to be humble and helpful in the QB room while they develop over time as a professional, and not become a distraction to the team.  Which is why Dart, Milroe and Gabriel went before Sanders.

He also mentioned that all these quarterbacks have agents, except Shedeur - you have to speak to Deion.  And that also did not bode well to multi-million or billion dollar companies (NFL teams).

Also, I heard from former QBs and Coaches that there is hardly enough reps for 3 QBs, and the 4th QB doesn't get anything.  But if QB3 and QB4 get reps, it's just one or two plays and they can be handoffs or screen pass.  Nothing down field.  If you are QB4 you will likely get cut.  The Browns have 5 QBs with one on IR for the year (Watson).

As for ESPN, Fox, Sports Pod casters, Mel Kiper, and these crazy fans - they are just part of the Sanders Cult that believe rich and famous athletes with swag deserve to be treated better than others (unless they are Luka or Jokic - ha!).  And that's my opinion.
