30 Minute Rolls:

1 Cup Plus 2 T. Warm Water

1/3 Cup Oil

2 T. Active Dry Yeast

1/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Tsp. Salt

2 Egg

3-1/2 Cups Flour-(Bread Or All-Purpose)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In bowl of stand mixer combine the warm water, oil, yeast, sugar..allow to rest 15 minutes.

3. Mix 2 cups of the flour, add salt and the egg to yeast mixture. Using dough hook

4. Add remaining 1-1/2 cups of flour ..1/2 c at a time

5. Spray pan with non-stick spray; shape dough into balls.

Place n 9x 13-in.pan; let rise 10 minutes.

6.  Bake 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
