Hi,Since we have so many issues right now that have not been resolved I think it would be a great idea to have a new place on the board called 'The Final Word' On this board will be the final word on all of the issues that are in play. That way new folks wouldn't have to wade through thread after thread of speculation, rather they could go to 'The Final Word' site and read how everything was finally resolved.

Got this PM today. Told her I'd pass it along but didn't think there would be a place for it.

 
I would humbly suggest that we bring back Rumorville, and make it a permanent fixture. We don't have to make it a subforum to Football if that's the reason it died in the first place. We could put it down with the Crib/Woodshed to keep the football forum uncluttered.

We've had several members ask to have it brought back since it left, and Football is overrun with rumor posts. It makes sense to me to organize them in one spot.

 
If people don’t like the rumor threads they don’t have to open them. If it is just a stupid one why can’t we just move it the junkyard or delete them? The Bo coaching ones seem to work themselves out and from the amount of hits and posts some people seem to enjoy them. Also I don’t think they have been all that crazy as of late and they have all been reported on by the local media as well.

If we are voting I say no to “rumorville” or “Final Word” unless the rumors start getting really outrageous.

 
I'm with newearth on this - doesn't seem so out of control as it was when we had conference realignment or when Callahan was fired. And it'll play out shortly.

Unless someone feels strongly about it, I vote no, also.
