Add the word "Rumor" to Rumorville topics

When you start a thread in Rumorville please add the word "Rumor" at the beginning of the thread title. That way, when viewed from the top page of HB we'll see: "Rumor: Les Miles to Nebraska as Assistant?" Instead of spewing coffee all over our monitor when we see: "Les Miles to Nebraska as Assistant".
