Another idea for a contest.

Helluva idea! Three conditions:

1. If they include music, please don't use commercially available songs as it will cause it to be pulled.

2. The opening and closing needs a HuskerBoard.com/HuskerNation.com logo.

3. Be sure that the meta data includes every reference possible for Huskers - Huskers, Nebraska, Cornhuskers, Blackshirts, etc.

That way, the video will stay up and possibly attract new members or customers.

 
I think this will be an easy idea to promote. Next question, when is the best time to do it? In the offseaon or during the season? Promote it now and have the vote in say October?

 
I would think now - keeps interest up on the Board, folks have time, etc. Give them the rest of the summer, then vote just before the season begins.

Good and Bad News...less than two months till the start of the season....is that enough time?

How about final vote occurs right before the conference opener...late September?

I think we need to beef this up a bit. Will there be a prize? If so, what? I assume we will have the members vote on it, right?

Looks great to me. However, can we drop the word "precious"? Seems somewhat...effete.

IDK how to do it but I think this should be done at the beginning to give everyone a base point to know where we are coming from or we may be sorting some major rif raf.

JMO.

BTW this could be very cool if done right. :)
