Artichoke & Spinach Dip:

1-1/2 Cups Half-And-Half

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

1-1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Tsp. Salt

Pepper, To Taste

Dashes Of Hot Sauce, To Taste-(Opt.)

3/4 lb. Fresh Spinach, Chopped Small

2-(14-oz.) Cans Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Chopped

4 Green Onions, Chopped, Include Some Green Part

Tortilla Chips

In saucepan, bring Half-And-Half to a simmer while stirring. Add cheeses, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Keep stirring and add spinach, artichokes and onions. Stir until spinach wilts. Serve immediately!

***You Can Put This In The Oven To Crisp Up & Top With Some Shredded Parmesan.
