Justin Baker is Nebraska's 2020 version of Wan'Dale. An all everything kind of back, Duck-R type, but with more straight line speed. This kid would be a high 4 star if he was in CA and not Washington. Good on our staff to get on him early. Baker looks like a 5 star football player. I would put him extremely high on my board. His rating is predicated on laziness, and I will call my shot now. He will eventually be in the top 100.
