We will see if Michigan can avoid the curse of Kinnick stadium when it's not a night game. Iowa is 5-1 in their last 6 games against top 5 teams at Kinnick.

For sure.

The Huskers can stack 2 wins together, Indiana and Rutgers.  Of course, it will not be an easy task at all.  Offense looks good at times, but defense needs to come together and make some stops.

Then a tough challenge at Purdue, followed by the 2nd bye week.  With Illinois at home after that.

Win these games one at a time and we would be sitting at 4-1 (conference) with the meaty part of the schedule (Minn, Mich, Wisc, Iowa).

Personally, I think the season goes so fast as it is.  I really don't want to look one day past the next game on the schedule.  Indiana is up next, and we should be feeling lucky to be at home following our bye week.  We still are working through things (staff).  I am very excited with anticipation on how it will turn out.  Can't wait until kickoff to see what happens.

But I also feel a little better about this game then I did after the North Dakota game, if that makes sense.  No personal offense to Chins and Frost, but this is a different approach now...... which gives me hope.

Some Big Ten data decapsulation...
