Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms:

8-oz.s-(1/2 lb.)-Bacon, Cooked Until Crispy & Crumbled

16-oz.s White Mushrooms, Cleaned With Stems Removed-(About 35 Caps)

2 Cups Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese

3 T. Mayonnaise

Garlic Salt

In a bowl, mix together the cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise.

Scoop ingredients into mushroom caps and place cheesy side up in a casserole dish.

Sprinkle caps liberally with Garlic Salt and bake at 350 degrees for about twenty minutes, until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

 
It has a picture of them...I love stuffed mushrooms...sometimes the pictures take awhile to show up and when my attachment thing gets full in here..I have to delete the pictures. Hope you like them if you make them:)
