Bacon Swiss Dip:

Dip:

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened

4-6-oz.s Shredded Swiss Cheese

4 T. Chopped Green Onions

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

Topping:

8 Slices Cooked, Drained & Chopped Bacon

1/2 Stack Crushed Ritz Crackers

3 T. Melted Butter

Combine Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Swiss Cheese and Onion - mix until creamy.

Spread evenly over bottom of quiche dish or glass pie plate.

Topping:

Melt butter & add to crushed crackers, mix together and then add bacon, mix together. Spread topping over cheese mixture.

Bake in moderate oven until cheese is bubbly or microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.

Serve with Tortilla Chips, Bagel Chips/Doritos/Your Favorite Chips & Crackers.
