Bacon Wrapped Cheese Jalapenos:
4 Jalapenos
6-8 T. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mexican Cheese Mix
8 Strips Of Bacon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove insides and seeds.
Lay them out on a greased baking sheet.
Fill each jalapeno with cream cheese then sprinkle the Mexican Cheese on top.
Wrap one strip of bacon around each jalapeno.
Secure with toothpick, if needed.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
***If bacon isn't cooked as you like, turn broiler on low until you reach desired crispiness. Keep and eye out on it!
