Baked Onion Dip:
2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
2 heaping tsp. of chopped garlic.
Mix the above in a large bowl, and bake in an ungreased 8x8 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with crackers
