I haven't made this, but it is on my list to make
Bean Salad:
You can use any beans you like. They used Canned Green Beans, Wax Beans and Kidney Beans. And to fancy it up, add Garbanzo Beans.
Bean Marinade:
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
6 T. Honey Or Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Ground Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Onion, Sliced
1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder-(Opt.)
1/4 Tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper-(Opt. But Nice)
Drain the beans and place them in a large bowl. Cover with marinade and refrigerate. It is at its best after a couple days.
