Big 10 & Pac 10 CCG start of the Playoff''s?

With the Big 10 & Pac 10 going to 12 members, and the SEC having 12 members, is all of this the start of college football playoffs.

Imagine if the Big 12 got back to 12 teams, so they could have a CCG. How hard would it be for the 4 conferences to have a 4 team, 3 game playoff?

Texas, with the easiest conference, might be getting the last laugh.

 
I've been wanting a playoff for a long time but I don't think you could do it where those conferences are the only ones allowed. The Big East, ACC, or any of the other conference would never agree to that.
