If there is a thread about this, I don’t remember it.
This says we will not be in ESPN.So, CBS and NBC have emerged... Let me try to decipher this ...
B1G Network - B1G games
FOX Sports - college football and Pac 12 games
ESPN/ABC or ABC/ESPN
CBS - SEC football
NBC (which also has Peacock) - Notre Dame
And supposedly FOX and ESPN pay the most for B1G games.
Hmmm.... wonder if we lean towards NBC over CBS
Right, no ESPN/ABC. Wich leaves NBC (Notre Dame), CBS (SEC game of the week). I included the other networks to give a broad scope. This says we will not be in ESPN.
How about this.Right, no ESPN/ABC. Wich leaves NBC (Notre Dame), CBS (SEC game of the week). I included the other networks to give a broad scope.
I couldn’t care less. I don’t really watch any of the pregame shows.I know most of us pretend to hate ESPN and we pretend to not watch it...but College Gameday is still the most popular and powerful CFB show out there...Not being on ESPN is at best, not a great idea.
Yes! That is what I was hinting, but you stated it clearly. How about this.
NBC is on board because they know Notre Dame is coming to the Big Ten.
Right BUT if you do put one on, it is ESPN College Gameday. How about this.

Maybe? But they are always hungry for live content so that would be kind of odd.Is this a squeeze by eSECpn against the B1G?
No clue, but I think the B1G has been negotiating behind closed doors and looking to grab onto NBC. With hopes for ND to join USC & UCLA.Is this a squeeze by eSECpn against the B1G?
