I'm 99% sure it is, too. IP activity is very similar; and one really subtle thing he does is add a lot of periods to some of his posts to string thoughts together, sort of like an extended ellipses. Here's one example from Pedro:

I mean, their are far more frigid places than Omaha (Minneapolis, Detroit, Fargo, to name a few) it was 60 degrees in Omaha in February......so kinda rediculous.

I'm going to go ahead and ban this new account. He's not the kind of guy worth giving additional chances too IMO, particularly because of the inclination to share bigoted and sexist opinions.
