Does anyone else have problems with Firefox on the board. Seems like when I try to do some mod thing I get the white screen of death and have to go back to the main menu and start over. Using the EVIL BG IE it works good????

It did it with Vista64 and Win7/64 but only firefox.

I know my ignorance is showing so just wait till I do your colonoscopy. :)

come on gurus wtf is the problem with firefox or does chrome or ie just work better I ain't using safari nuff said. f#*k bill gates and f#*k apple I love pc

just kiddin' I just like to build my own puter just don't know code and all that other heebeejeebee stuff. :)

No idea. To be honest, while I have FireFox installed on a virtual machine, I almost never use it. Not that I dislike it - I honestly can't see that it has any advantages over IE except for the add-ons (none of which appeal to me), a lot of sites are optimized for IE, and I can honestly say that IE 8 tends to render CSS better than FireFox.

When you say "White Screen of Death", what do you mean? No error messages?

Does FireFox have a log file you can access and check for errors right after it happens? Or have you checked Event Viewer to see whether it has any entry (unlikely, but still...)

 
Nope,

the screen turns white and I have to reclick the huserboard.com bookmark to reload the Main page. Sometimes anything I typed is there or sometimes not???

I may just go with IE and save the headache for the board and use firefox with all the other surfing

maybe a new reiteration of ff with the new file sys will be less problematic. :dunno
