Buffalo Pizza:
2-(12-in.) prebaked Boboli Pizza Crust Shells
1 cup Pizza Sauce or BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3 cups cooked, sliced chicken
6 T. Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Frank's Red Hot Xtra Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 T. melted butter
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2/3 cup Gorgonzola or Bleu Cheese, crumbled
1. Place each pizza shell on a sheet of heavy duty foil. Spread shells with pizza sauce and sprinkle with celery.
2. Toss chicken, Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in bowl. Arrange on top of pizzas and top with cheeses. Wrap up pizzas securely in foil. Refrigerate.
3. Place pizzas on foil over the grill. Grill about 15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Cut into wedges to serve.
