Busted Quote Feature

Per zoogies request:

Quotes are getting cut off, no way to expand.

And when you try to edit them, you can't select the quote blocks to remove them.

Ah, okay. That's been there since before the upgrade. I put it in to limit the quote pyramids to 2-deep. I'll remove the limits if it's too restrictive.

To remove quote blocks manually, toggle the light switch to turn off formatting so you can see the BBcode. It's much easier to change that way. That is new, the quotes appearing pre-formatted in the edit pane, and I agree, not a fan.

Something changed over the weekend, and the quote feature seems to be pretty much back to what it was before the upgrade. Whoever did this - THANK YOU! It was a mess for the past few days.
