Cabbage Rolls:
Dio the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds or until they are soft!
1-lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 small can diced green chiles
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 head green cabbage
2 cups grated cheese
Brown the ground beef, season with cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic
Powder, salt and pepper to taste.
In another skillet, sauté onion, chilies and garlic in a little olive oil.
Combine meat and onion mixture.
Put a big spoonful of meat mixture into softened cabbage leaf. Fold together and place in baking dish. Repeat 7 more times.
Pour enchilada sauce and cheese over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
