He tried joining again under the name Canesfan91. He used a ficticous email address, however, and got stuck in the validation; the validation email bounced. I went ahead and banned the account. And get this - while he tried to register the new name under a different IP address, he later visited the board (but this was captured by his new username since he attempted to register it) using the same IP address that he used to join as Canesfan01.
