Cathedral Cookies:

2 cups-(12-oz.) Dark Chips or Semi-Sweet Chocate Chips

1/2 stick of butter

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup chopped nuts

10-1/2-oz. colored mini marshmallows

Pinch of Salt

1/4 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring

Wax Paper.

Melt butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat and add eggs, mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Divide into 3 pieces and place on wax paper, roll into logs and cover with powdered sugar. Roll up and freeze until set. Slice and serve cold or room temperature.
