Dad wanted UCLA, Nebraska was the compromise. When Nebraska hired Donte Williams they got back in it more. Some time in December he silently committed to USC. One family member thought he was going to flip to us which is where the report came from. Last week it was supposedly USC and Nebraska. Switched to UCLA late Friday or early Saturday.

This isn't to cover my tail at all... but.

Sounds like if there was an early signing period, we may have landed him. Also, sounds like if he wasn't an early enrollee, we would've had a chance to win him back over the next month.

Lol we were his 4th choice plain and simple... early signing period would have been Ohio State and non early enrollee would have been 1 of the other 3.
