The four star Cornerback from Maryland did not Qualify for Penn State University, He will be attending another school. Nebraska is in his top 8 along with Miami, Florida, Rutgers, North Carolina, Oklahoma, West Virginia, and South Carolina.

Another guy from Maryland, this would be huge to have this guy Commit and then Practicing by the 8th

 
Wow this would be huge to add another cb since byrd didn't make it and the unknown about Sloan. He better hurry up and make a decision he's got about 2 weeks. Is it harder to get in to Penn St. than NU or how does he know that he would qualify for NU.

 
Im not 100 percent sure, but the articled implied that it is harder to get into PSU. Givens said that Larry Johnson (The Coach) wanted him to attened prep school by the University, but Givens said he wanted to play ball this year, and accumulated up to 25 Schollies since this morning. Then Givens when on to list us along with the 7 others as potentional schools of interest. I wasnt aware that PSU was above all of these other schools academically though :dunno
