Odd offer list for his rating thats for sure. Makes me think he is either way underrated or those offers are not legit commit accepting offers.

Obviously 247 isn't that high on him either.  But the way they import Rivals' ranking also has a quirk.  If a player - like Williams - has a star ranking but not a numerical ranking, they basically go in as a bottom-level three-star in 247's rankings.  Which makes for a big difference in similar players if one has a numerical ranking and the other doesn't.

The main takeaway from his film is that Buford High School has a lot of camera angles of game footage.
