Just picked up another NC state CB, but also received a Tenn CB too.  Didnt know they could be a player for him.  Tennessee trying to get on Palmer and JJB late.  

 
I'm not just saying this because Palmer is going to go to NC State. 

Having lived in Charlotte for 18 years I've been to my fair share of NC State games. The atmosphere and campus there are really really disappointing. Can't believe he would choose to decommit from Duke to go to State. Would be one thing to go to Clemson or UNC but man when you walk around the campus of NC State and you go the few miles off campus to the stadium I just can't imagine how anyone would enjoy that. Good luck to the young man obviously.
