Yeah - I didn't see any problem with it. As you noted, no forum, and he doesn't sell Husker gear. Just a site that is attempting to gather a lot of Husker information as a kind of "one stop shop". Don't think it violates the rules.

 
Just to be sure that his under construction site was planned to be a message board after hes done, I pmd him and simply asked if it is going to be a message board some time in the future.

No answer. seems innocent enough at this stage.

No message board, at least not like the HuskerBoard. I can add one there which would be mainly for comments on the site. Its just for different info you can't find somewhere else, or at least has it all in one place.

That would be cool, actually, and understandable.

The rules allow links to "general" Husker sites, and I think this qualifies.
