Cheddar Bacon Tailgate Fries:
5 Slices Bacon, Diced
1-(22-oz.)-Bag Waffle-Cut Fries
2 T. Canola Oil
2-1/2-3 Cups Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
2 Green Onions, Diced
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat.
Heat a grill for indirect heat to 450 degrees.
Toss french fries with oil.
Tear off 4-12 inch pieces of aluminum foil. Crimp the ends together to make boats,. Divide french fries among the 4 boats so that they lay in a single layer. Cook on grill for 15 minutes. Turn and cook another 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Divide cheese evenly among fries. Sprinkle with bacon. Continue cooking until cheese has melted, about 5 more minutes. Remove from grill, drizzle Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing over the top and sprinkle with green onions.
Serve immediately.
