I’ve heard recently that Frost has recently been more on top of the overall program being more demanding. And the results have been slightly better (except most importantly on the scoreboard).
All of the most successful coaches that I’ve seen and been around have been very demanding. High expectations and accountability and holding players to those expectations.
is Frost too soft? Can he change? Will that change our culture or will it matter?
