Comcast in Colorado

I noticed comcast in other states (I think Iowa) is picking up the WMU PPV. Comcast in CO (at least in Denver) picked up the Coach C..... (probably shouldn't say his name as I might start an all out ware) Show last year. Given they pick up the coaches show, why wouldn't they pick up the PPV?

Anyone know? Will writing them letters work, or does Dish or Direct have exclusive rights in CO.

 
I have Comcast and live just outside Denver and we were able to watch the WKU, Idaho, and SDSU games on PPV. Not worth it though, since it was $40 and not even in HD, which is what they used to justify the $10 price hike this year.
