Commit tag?

Just a quick question. I try to keep the recruiting stuff tagged appropriately, but I can't figure out how to get the Red Commit tag by the name. Can someone point out how to do this?

Thanks for your help.  I could tell someone was catching several of those but I wasn't sure who.  

To add the COMMIT tag, you go to the area right below the thread title at the top of the page.  You click the "+ Add Tag" button and type in "COMMIT" (or whatever you want to add) then click Tab so it inserts the tag.  To get it to show up in front of the title and in the thread list, you have to choose as the "Item Prefix" from the drop down list below the tags and Save.

Should be easy enough. Thanks! It's an easy thing to help out with. If there are any other things that you do regularly that I can help with, let me know.
