JJ Husker Donor Sep 21, 2014 #3 My wife makes a version of that Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana. It is quite possibly the best soup I've ever had. Not sure if she uses the linked recipe but it looks pretty darned close. I would suggest y'all try it.
